Elite Skywarrior
Introducing these beautiful handmade replicas that are made from the very finest grade of kiln-dried Philippine mahogany wood. The ELITE SKYWARRIORS are prepared by senior craftspeople, from the handcarving of the fuselage , wings and tail section , to the sanding of the aircraft's contours. Every part is assembled precisely into place using the highest quality adhesive available. After shaping and sanding, the model passes through several stages of priming and sanding before it is hand painted to duplicate the actual colors of a selected historical aircraft. The artisans detail from researched reference materials, including all the insignias, squadron badges, nose art, emblems, and serial numbers to replicate the original aircraft to scale. Hand-made bombs, rockets, missiles and drop tanks are reproduced to represent the real weapon loads for the various aircraft and to give the model and enhanced value. Next, multiple coats of lacquer are applied to protect the exquisite artwork and provide an overall glossy finish. Finally, each model provided with a natural stained Mahogany stand with a brass nameplate depicting the model's designation
